Yoga is more than a practice — it’s a way of life that supports balance, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with yourself (and the world around you).

I teach absolutely anybody: young and young at heart, complete beginners, seasoned practitioners — everyone is welcome.

Who Is This For?

You’re in the right place. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or have any experience at all. We’ll move gently, safely, and at your pace, building confidence and trust in your body along the way. This is a relaxed, supportive space where questions are encouraged and nothing is expected of you.
Let’s fine-tune your form, explore inversions, or finally crack that balance pose you’ve been flirting with. I’ll share practical tips, playful challenges, and confidence-boosting skills to help you nail it! At the heart of my teaching is helping you move your body and reconnect with yourself. How that looks will always depend on you — every session is individual, intuitive, and personal.

How it works

We’ll start with a conversation about what you’d like to achieve through yoga. From there, I’ll design a bespoke practice just for you. As you progress, we’ll continue to refine and adapt your sessions so your practice evolves alongside your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
