I will provide:
A physical practice to help you feel more comfortable in your body, whether seated or standing, and to relieve tension in sore muscles, particularly in the lower back, pelvis, shoulders, and neck. We will support you to find poses to ease sciatica and pelvic girdle pain.


Discover powerful breathing exercises that will enhance your sleep and empower you for birth.
Through meditative relaxation techniques, you will feel empowered to embrace your unique birthing experience, enabling you to rest, relax, and connect deeply with your baby and your body.
We will explore effective postures that boost your stamina for birth and poses that create space in your body for your baby to move into the optimal birthing position.
Together we will experiment with various birthing positions, reinforcing your own ability to bring your baby into the world.
Throughout your entire pregnancy journey, we are here to support you, provide a space for you to make friends on a similar journey and guiding you towards the next step of motherhood.
