I teach absolutely anybody: young and young at heart, complete beginners, seasoned practitioners — everyone is welcome.
We’ll start with a conversation about what you’d like to achieve through yoga. From there, I’ll design a bespoke practice just for you. As you progress, we’ll continue to refine and adapt your sessions so your practice evolves alongside your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
