1. Class Bookings and Payments

Classes are payable as a 4-week block payment.

A 4-week block can be used within 5 weeks, allowing for one class reschedule if necessary.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or to reschedule a class.

All classes must be paid for in advance before attending.

2. Participation and Liability

Participants acknowledge that yoga is a physical activity and accept responsibility for their own well-being.

My Ashram Yoga and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes or retreats.

3. COVID-19 Consent and Safety Measures

My Ashram Yoga follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to minimize the risk of COVID-19 exposure.

Despite precautions, we cannot guarantee that attending in-person sessions poses no risk of COVID-19 transmission.

By attending, participants confirm that they do not have active COVID-19 symptoms and understand the associated risks.

My Ashram Yoga is not responsible for any COVID-19 transmission that may occur.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If a class is canceled by My Ashram Yoga, participants will receive a full refund or credit towards another session.

If a participant cancels within the required 48-hour notice period, a reschedule will be arranged if possible.

No refunds or credits are issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations

Outdoor classes are subject to weather conditions. If canceled due to extreme weather, participants will be notified and credited for a future session.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By attending any class, retreat, or event hosted by My Ashram Yoga, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact us before booking.
